This is our report to you, our customers, and gives you information on how we delivered services last year so you can find out how well we are performing. It also reports on improvements to services and our plans for this year.
The report has been developed and produced with help from our customers and we also used customer feedback from last year’s report which told us:
- 69.9% of customer said the report was relevant to them
- 68.1% said it contained the right level of detail
- 71.8% said they would like to receive the report in a similar format in future
- 78.9% thought the length of the report was just right
- 65.2% thought there was too little information about their region.
We’ll be looking at feedback on this year’s report to see if we’ve got the mix right and where we can improve in 2012.
